Who runs this site
This website belongs to Jean-Claude Marchionni, stone sculptor. His studio is at 231 Greenwood Ave., Midland Park, NJ 07432. Email: jcmarchionni@aol.com.
The contact form
The form asks for your name (optional), your email address and your message. When you send it, these are passed to Web3Forms, the service that delivers the form, and arrive in Jean-Claude Marchionni’s inbox. They are used only to reply to you. The website itself does not store them, and they are never sold or shared.
Web3Forms may keep a copy under its own privacy policy; at the time of writing, it states a maximum of three years.
How long messages are kept
Messages stay in Jean-Claude Marchionni’s inbox for as long as the exchange requires.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To serve the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and connection logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or audience measurement. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. The “View on Google Maps” link on the Contact page opens Google Maps only if you follow it; no map is embedded.
